Texas Plastic Pollution Symposium
Call for Abstracts and Open Registration
October 30, 2018

The purpose of this symposium is to bring together scientist, students, coastal managers, and elected officials to share research on plastic pollution conducted around the State of Texas and the Gulf of Mexico.

Where: Del Mar Center for Economic Development in Corpus Christi, TX
When: October 30, 2018, 8:30am to 5:00pm, followed by poster session from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Texas Surf Museum in downtown Corpus Christi.

REGISTRATION is required and FREE thanks to generous support from our partners. If you are interested in presenting at the meeting, we encourage you to submit an abstract. Please submit your ABSTRACT here. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words, and poster dimensions should be no larger than 45 inches wide x 42 inches tall. Oral presentations will be approximately 15 minutes in length, including 2-3 minutes for questions. The deadline for abstract submission is October 16th. Presenters will be chosen and notified by October 16th.
