All members are welcome to attend. Past-year officers and directors report on their efforts during the year and new officers and directors begin their terms. Meeting dates will be set and the budget will be approved for the upcoming year.

Chapter Board of Director meetings are scheduled the 2nd Saturday of the first month of each quarter.
